Rack focus title templates for Final Cut Pro

Overview

The Vital Title Plugin is a set of elegant rack focus title templates for Final Cut Pro. Your title comes into focus over a background clip that blurs, for a professional, cinematic look.

Place a title above the clip you want as your background, type your text, and choose where the text slides in from and out to. Presets come in a range of color looks.

The background can blur with Gaussian or the more realistic Defocus, take on a color overlay, and slowly scale up or drift during the title.

Use a Drop Zone to show a logo or image instead of, or alongside, your text.

Features

Rack focus look: the text comes into focus as the background blurs.
Color presets: a range of color looks to start from.
Background blur: Gaussian for speed, or Defocus for realism, with amount control.
Background color and movement: color overlay with blend modes, scale increase and X/Y drift.
Text and Drop Zone animation: slide in and out from your chosen side, with fade, blur and blend mode.
Guide lines: title safe guides to help place your text.

How to use

In the Titles browser sidebar, click My FCPeffects, then Vital Title Plugin (show the sidebar if it is hidden).

Type your text in the Title Inspector, and choose its font, size and color.

FAQ

Can I use a logo instead of text?

Yes. Add your logo to the Drop Zone, and set Text.Opacity to zero if you want only the logo.

Can the title stay on screen without animating in?

Yes. Set Fade.In.Speed to 100.

Which background blur should I use?

Gaussian renders faster. Defocus looks more realistic but takes longer to render.

Can the background move?

Yes. Use BG.Scale.Increase, BG.X.Move and BG.Y.Move.

Is the Vital Title Plugin part of the MEGA BUNDLE?
