30-day money-back guarantee

Every FCPeffects plugin, including the MEGA BUNDLE, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at contact@fcpeffects.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number (for example #168266) and the email address you used to order.
3. You don't need to give a reason, but if something isn't working, tell us. We may be able to fix it quickly.

What happens next

• We'll confirm your refund by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
• A refund ends your license. When we refund a plugin, your license to use it ends and your download access for it is removed. Please uninstall the refunded plugin and delete any downloaded files and installers.
• Buy one, get one free orders: if you ask for a refund on part of a buy one, get one free order, we refund what you actually paid for the refunded items.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract date, without giving a reason. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is longer than this, and it applies to you as well.

To withdraw, use our withdrawal form at https://www.fcpeffects.com/pages/widerruf-formular, or send us a clear statement (for example by email to contact@fcpeffects.com) that you want to withdraw from the contract, with your name, email and order number. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14-day period ends. We'll refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used.

Digital content and starting the download: Under EU and UK law, the right of withdrawal for digital content can end once the download has started, but only if you expressly agreed to the download starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you. We don't ask for that consent, so the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full, in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
