Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

All FCPeffects products are digital downloads. There's nothing physical to ship, so there are no shipping costs or delivery times.

How you get your plugins

Your plugins are available immediately after checkout:

1. Order confirmation page: use the download button right after you pay.
2. Email: we send an email with your download links to the address you used at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
3. Your account: log in to your FCPeffects account with your order email to download your plugins again at any time. If you've never logged in, activate your account first with the same email address you ordered with.

Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need more, contact us and we'll reset the limit.

Problems with your download

If a download link doesn't work, your email didn't arrive, or you ordered with an old email address, email contact@fcpeffects.com with your order number and the email you ordered with. We'll get you sorted.
