How to use

Install the included VCR font first (double-click it, then Install Font), then run the installer.
In the Titles browser sidebar, click My FCPeffects (show the sidebar if it's hidden).
Drag the VCR Plugin above your clips.
Select it and adjust the look in the Title tab of the Inspector.
For rewind or fast-forward moments, retime the clips beneath it (Command-R).
