Overview

Slide Projector Transitions is a bundle of over 20 Final Cut Pro transitions that add nostalgic slide projector style to your videos and pictures.

Each move comes in two versions: Slides, which shows up to three pictures of your choice in the projector between your clips, and No Slides.

Authentic slide projector sound effects are included, ready to drop into your timeline.

How to use

In the Transitions browser sidebar, click My FCPeffects, then Slide Projector (show the sidebar if it's hidden).
Drag a transition between two clips.
With a Slides transition, choose pictures for Slide 1, Slide 2 and Slide 3 in the Inspector.
Adjust Tint, Noise, Blur and Vignette for the look you want.
Import the sound effects from SP-Sound-Effects.zip and line them up with the transition. Comma and period nudge a clip one frame.

Requirements

Some transitions can't be shorter than 1.5 seconds because of their animation.

In the Transitions browser, under My FCPeffects.

How do I line up the sound effects?

Drag them into your timeline under the transition, then nudge them one frame at a time with the comma and period keys.
